3) Can I use different products other than HYLA products in my HYLA to aromatize my home?

We strongly recommend using HYLA products only. Other products may be harmful to your health and
can also damage the HYLA water pan.

It is also recommended to thoroughly rinse the water pan after every use.

4) How much of the liquids should I put in the HYLA in order to effectively deodorize my home?

You may add one or more of the following:
+ 2 capfuls of HYLA D&A (Deodorizer & Air Freshener)
+ 2 to 4 drops of HYLA Fragrances
+ 5 sprays of HYLA Air Disinfectant directly in your HYLA water pan. The purpose of the Air Disinfectant is to kill germs, bacteria and mildew. In comparison with most air disinfectants, HYLA disinfectant is free of alcohol and chlorine, which makes this product 100% biodegradable.top

5) What is the factory warranty?

The factory warranty only applies to systems purchased from authorized independent HYLA distributors. In order to receive warranty service, your system must be registered at HYLA U.S. Corporate Headquarters.

HYLA U.S. honors the Limited Factory Warranty that consists of:
+ 5 years for the motor unit
+ 6 months for attachments/accessories—due to standard wear/tear

Over the years, several companies manufactured water filtration cleaning systems. There are major differences between water filtration cleaning systems. Some of these products available on the market are not designed with separator technology. In addition to water, most products require different kinds of filters that need to be cleaned and replaced. There are other water filtration cleaning systems that have separator technology, but also require additional filter/s.

The HYLA is currently the only water filtration cleaning system that uses water as a filter, operating with a self-cleaning separator.top
